Responsibilities
- Develop microservices using Java/Spring Boot and AWS infrastructure
- Write unit/integration tests with JUnit and Mockito frameworks
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning ceremonies
- Optimize database queries and implement caching strategies
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements using Jenkins
- Document API specifications using OpenAPI standards
- Collaborate on code reviews and pair programming sessions
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Computer Science or related degree (Sophomore/Senior)
- Proficiency in Java and familiarity with REST APIs
- Understanding of Git/GitHub workflows
- Basic knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
- Experience with Linux command line and Docker fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving skills with algorithmic thinking
- Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
