Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable software applications using modern frameworks
- Contribute to Agile sprints with daily standups and sprint retrospectives
- Debug and optimize code through peer code reviews and automated testing
- Build APIs and microservices integrating with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Participate in hackathons and innovation workshops with cross-functional teams
- Create technical documentation and contribute to open-source initiatives
- Present project outcomes to stakeholders and senior leadership
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, Engineering, or related bachelor's program
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, or JavaScript)
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong problem-solving skills and algorithmic thinking
- Ability to work 15-25 hours weekly during academic semesters
- Portfolio demonstrating personal or academic projects (GitHub preferred)
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset
