Responsibilities
- Collaborative Development: Work closely with senior engineers to design, develop, and test high-quality software solutions for our enterprise clients.
- Code Quality Assurance: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while participating in peer code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Problem Solving: Debug complex issues and implement scalable fixes under the guidance of technical leads.
- Agile Methodology: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to drive project momentum.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, API specs, and user manuals to facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Research & Innovation: Explore new technologies and tools to recommend improvements to our existing tech stack.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (graduating between Summer/Fall 2024).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript) and a basic understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Tools: Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and IDEs (e.g., VS Code, IntelliJ).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
- Mindset: A proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for continuous learning.
- Availability: Ability to commit to 40 hours per week for the duration of the internship (Summer/Fall).
