Responsibilities
- Collaborative Development: Work closely with senior engineers and product managers to design, code, and test high-quality software solutions.
- Agile Participation: Actively engage in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to drive project momentum.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, while participating in rigorous code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Problem Solving: Debug complex issues in existing systems and propose scalable architectural improvements.
- Documentation: Create detailed technical documentation, API specifications, and user guides to facilitate knowledge transfer.
- Testing: Develop and execute unit and integration tests to validate system functionality and performance.
- Innovation: Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions to help shape the future of our product suite.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Programming Skills: Proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++, JavaScript, or Go).
- Technical Foundation: Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Tools & Tech: Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Attitude: A proactive, curious mindset with a passion for learning new technologies and solving real-world problems.
