Responsibilities
- Code & Develop: Assist in the design, development, and testing of software applications under the guidance of senior developers.
- Debug & Maintain: Participate in the troubleshooting and debugging of existing codebases to ensure optimal performance.
- Documentation: Write clear, concise technical documentation and update project wikis to facilitate team knowledge sharing.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (UX/UI, Product Management) to define requirements and implement features.
- Testing: Execute unit tests and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Agile Meetings: Attend daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to stay aligned with project goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript is required. Familiarity with HTML/CSS and SQL is a plus.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to analyze problems and develop logical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical team members.
- Availability: Must be able to work a minimum of 15-20 hours per week, including some weekends or evenings if required.
- Passion: A genuine interest in technology and a drive to learn new tools and methodologies.
