Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Python and cloud technologies (AWS/GCP)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on API design, database optimization, and CI/CD pipelines
- Implement responsive frontend features using React and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing initiatives
- Debug and resolve production issues with mentor guidance
- Build and deploy containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, or C++)
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development
- Familiarity with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React)
- Knowledge of database systems (SQL/NoSQL) and RESTful APIs
- Problem-solving skills demonstrated through academic projects or personal repositories
- Ability to work independently and communicate technical concepts clearly
- Available for 3-6 month commitment starting June-September 2023
