Responsibilities
- Develop and test microservices using Python and AWS cloud technologies
- Collaborate with senior engineers on CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Debug and resolve production issues in real-time environments
- Document technical specifications and contribute to team wikis
- Participate in agile sprint planning and retrospectives
- Build RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services
- Present project progress to stakeholders bi-weekly
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Computer Science or related degree (Sophomore/Junior level)
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++ with 1+ projects
- Familiarity with Git, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong problem-solving skills with data structures knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Available for 20-40 hours/week through Fall 2024
- Portfolio demonstrating personal or academic projects
