What You Will Do:
- Collaborate: Work closely with our development team to design, code, and test software solutions.
- Optimize: Assist in optimizing web applications for speed, scalability, and SEO performance.
- Debug: Identify and resolve bugs and technical issues in existing codebases.
- Research: Stay updated on the latest web technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.
- Support: Document code and provide technical support during the deployment process.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Skills: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web development principles.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Attitude: A proactive learner eager to tackle new challenges and solve complex problems.
- Availability: Available to work 20-30 hours per week during Summer or Fall 2024.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and implementation of software modules using modern programming languages.
- Conduct code reviews and participate in agile development ceremonies.
- Optimize website performance and implement SEO best practices for web applications.
- Debug and troubleshoot software issues to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with the UI/UX team to translate designs into functional code.
- Write clear, concise, and well-documented code and technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (Junior or Senior standing preferred) in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Understanding of back-end concepts (e.g., APIs, databases) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
