What You'll Do
- Collaborate with senior developers to design, code, and test software solutions.
- Participate in agile sprint planning, stand-ups, and code reviews.
- Debug and resolve technical issues in existing codebases.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Learn and utilize modern development tools and frameworks.
Who We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with Git, version control, and software development lifecycle.
- Available to work 20-30 hours per week during the Summer/Fall start.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for technology.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Develop and maintain high-quality code for internal tools and client-facing applications.
- Perform unit testing and integration testing to ensure software stability.
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration with Product and Design teams.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a degree program with a graduation date between Summer 2024 and Fall 2025.
- Strong academic record (GPA 3.0 or higher preferred).
- Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases is a plus.
- Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, REST APIs).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
