Responsibilities
- Development & Coding: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Full Lifecycle Contribution: Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, coding, unit testing, and deployment in CI/CD pipelines.
- Agile Collaboration: Participate actively in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews to ensure project milestones are met and code quality is maintained.
- Problem Solving: Debug and troubleshoot complex issues in existing codebases, demonstrating a proactive and analytical approach to resolving technical challenges.
- Knowledge Sharing: Engage in technical mentorship sessions and document code and technical specifications to ensure maintainability and team knowledge sharing.
- Research: Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to improve our product offerings.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Strong foundational knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming principles.
- Programming: Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript).
- Tools & Version Control: Experience with version control systems such as Git and familiarity with development tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Attitude: A genuine passion for technology, a curiosity to learn new tools, and a strong work ethic.
- Availability: Must be available to commit to a full-time schedule (40 hours/week) for the duration of the internship (Summer or Fall start).
