Responsibilities
- Development: Write clean, efficient, and scalable code in Python, Java, or JavaScript under the guidance of senior developers.
- Testing & Debugging: Participate in unit testing and debugging processes to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers.
- Documentation: Maintain clear and concise technical documentation for codebases and API integrations.
- Research: Stay updated on industry trends and propose innovative solutions to technical challenges.
- Meetings: Attend daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, and code reviews.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Skills: Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript) and familiarity with SQL databases.
- Knowledge: Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and version control systems (Git).
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
- Availability: Able to commit to a minimum of 12-20 hours per week (flexible for Summer/Fall schedules).
- Interest: A genuine passion for technology and a desire to learn in a fast-paced environment.
