Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Collaborate with the development team to design, code, and test high-quality software solutions.
- Full Lifecycle: Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, and deployment.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Debugging: Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues in existing applications and systems.
- Documentation: Document code, technical processes, and user manuals to ensure knowledge transfer and system longevity.
- Collaboration: Engage in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews with cross-functional teams.
- Testing: Assist in unit testing and integration testing to ensure software reliability.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Eligibility: Must be eligible to receive college credit for the internship.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C++).
- Web Technologies: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and frameworks is a plus.
- Tools: Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git) and development tools.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
