Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Assist in designing, coding, and testing software components under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Code Review: Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and performance standards are met.
- Documentation: Write clear, concise technical documentation and maintain existing documentation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers.
- Debugging: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software bugs and issues efficiently.
- Learning: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies through training and resources.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Programming: Proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++, JavaScript).
- Tools: Familiarity with version control systems like Git and development environments (IDEs).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for technology.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability: Ability to commit to 20-30 hours per week during the semester.
