Responsibilities
- Assist the development team in designing, coding, and testing software applications using modern programming languages.
- Participate in agile development sprints, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior team members.
- Document technical requirements, designs, and code to ensure clarity and maintainability.
- Debug and resolve software defects reported by QA teams or end-users.
- Research emerging technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, marketing) to deliver integrated products.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or Python is required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
