Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze system performance logs and data streams during night operations.
- Assist the technical team in troubleshooting and resolving minor technical issues.
- Perform data entry, verification, and reporting tasks to ensure database accuracy.
- Provide critical support to remote clients and internal departments during off-peak hours.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on software applications and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve night shift workflows.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Any major accepted, preference for IT, Business, or Communications).
- Must be available to work full-time or part-time during the night shift (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn new technologies.
- Reliable transportation is required for commuting during night hours.
