Apex Digital Systems is seeking ambitious students to join our team for our highly competitive Summer Internship Program. We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn, eager to build, and eager to make an impact.
As a Summer Intern at Apex, you won't be fetching coffee; you'll be writing production code, attending design reviews, and collaborating with senior engineers to solve complex technical challenges. This is a full-time, paid opportunity designed to bridge the gap between academic theory and professional practice.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software code in Python, JavaScript, or Java.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing codebases and optimize application performance.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Engage in code reviews to provide constructive feedback and learn from peers.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) or back-end technologies (Node.js, Spring, .NET) is a plus.
- Proficiency in using version control systems, specifically Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must be available to work full-time for the duration of the summer program (12 weeks).
