Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test high-quality software solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in Python and JavaScript under the guidance of senior developers.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, code reviews, and sprint planning meetings.
- Debug and resolve software defects and performance issues in existing applications.
- Assist in the documentation of technical specifications and API endpoints.
- Contribute to the optimization of application performance and user experience.
- Engage in learning sessions and technical workshops to enhance your skillset.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming principles.
- Familiarity with at least one major programming language (Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript).
- Basic knowledge of databases (SQL, MongoDB) and version control systems (Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Availability to start immediately and work full-time for the duration of the summer/fall session.
