Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, and testing of software applications using modern programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, and Java.
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
- Debug and troubleshoot existing codebases to identify and resolve software defects and performance bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Contribute to documentation, technical wikis, and user manuals.
- Engage in knowledge-sharing sessions and code reviews to foster a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Must be available for a full-time, 12-week summer internship commitment (typically June through August).
- Strong foundational knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) and version control systems (Git) is a plus.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
