Responsibilities
- Architect and implement advanced predictive models to forecast market trends and user behavior for the 2026 strategic horizon.
- Lead the development of our AI technology roadmap, identifying emerging technologies and integrating them into our core infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Science, Engineering, and Product to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Oversee the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion and preprocessing to model deployment and monitoring.
- Mentor a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Present complex technical concepts and strategic insights to executive stakeholders with clarity and impact.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Predictive Analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic capacity.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-based ML infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of delivering scalable machine learning solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical business leaders.
- Strong understanding of ethics in AI and data privacy regulations.
