Responsibilities
- Architect Vision: Define and execute the technical roadmap for our 2026 AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Model Development: Lead the design and training of advanced machine learning models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and predictive analytics engines.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product management and engineering to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric solutions.
- Ethical AI: Establish governance frameworks and guidelines to ensure responsible AI deployment and bias mitigation.
- Research Integration: Stay ahead of the curve by integrating cutting-edge research from top-tier institutions into our production environment.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 5 years in a senior AI/ML leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of leading high-impact projects from conception to deployment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Innovation: Demonstrated history of publishing patents or research papers in the field of AI/ML.
