Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to develop strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Design scenario-planning models and risk mitigation strategies for organizations facing exponential change
- Lead executive workshops on future-proofing operations, workforce evolution, and sustainable innovation
- Produce actionable foresight reports and white papers published in top industry journals
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate future insights into product development roadmaps
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and thought leaders
- Advolve organizational culture to embrace adaptive leadership and anticipatory decision-making
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related field with 8+ years of strategic planning experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional scenario modeling and quantitative forecasting abilities
- Published thought leadership in futures research or business strategy publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or similar institution) preferred
