Responsibilities

- Present strategic foresight to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Author white papers on societal impact of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or policy innovation
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published work on quantum computing or AI ethics (Nature/Science preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., SAM, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Track record of influencing global tech policy (UN, OECD, or similar)
- Expertise in ESG frameworks and sustainable technology roadmapping
