Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Analyze global megatrends (demographic shifts, climate adaptation, AI ethics) for competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing products and services
- Establish KPI frameworks measuring long-term viability beyond 2025 horizons
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling visual storytelling
- Partner with R&D to validate emerging technologies against market readiness
- Author quarterly futures intelligence briefs for executive decision-making
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record developing multi-year tech roadmaps (2020-2025+)
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis software
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complexity to diverse audiences
