Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights into actionable strategies
- Produce scenario analyses and risk assessments for emerging paradigms
- Partner with R&D to accelerate innovation pipeline alignment
- Present findings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish industry thought leadership through white papers and speaking engagements
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Strong data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Experience with AI/ML, blockchain, or biotech foresight methodologies
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar designation preferred
