- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy roadmap
- Lead R&D initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Manage $20M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions and tech ecosystems
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and Board of Directors
- Mentor cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and strategists
- Monitor emerging tech trends to maintain competitive advantage
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years at director level
- Proven track record launching enterprise-scale AI/quantum solutions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Expertise in agile innovation methodologies and lean startup principles
- Strong background in patent strategy and IP portfolio management
- Experience leading global innovation teams across 3+ continents
- Deep understanding of Web3, metaverse, and decentralized technologies
