Apex Global Sports is seeking a highly motivated Strategic Operations Lead to spearhead our initiatives leading up to the 2026 Winter Olympics. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between corporate strategy and operational execution, ensuring seamless logistics and stakeholder alignment for our international portfolio.
We are looking for a leader who thrives in high-pressure environments and can manage complex logistics across multiple time zones.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive operational plans for 2026 initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including marketing, logistics, and finance to streamline workflows.
- Monitor and manage budgets, providing regular financial forecasts and variance analysis.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks associated with large-scale international events.
- Facilitate communication between US headquarters and international partners in Italy and across the globe.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, project management, or event logistics.
- Proven track record of working on major international events or complex organizational projects.
- Strong proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and CRM systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field.
- Excellent cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills.
