Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the comprehensive 2026 Technology Vision and Roadmap to stakeholders and engineering teams.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Quantum Readiness, Edge Computing) into core products.
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies to ensure the company remains ahead of market trends.
- Oversee the architecture of scalable, high-performance systems designed to support 10x growth.
- Mentor senior technical leads and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Manage the budget for strategic R&D projects and technology acquisitions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership or CTO-level capacity.
- Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and delivering on complex strategic initiatives.
- Deep expertise in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with future-forward technologies including Generative AI, Blockchain, and IoT ecosystems.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business goals into technical strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical executives.
