Responsibilities
- Develop and test software solutions under senior mentorship
- Analyze user requirements to design feature implementations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies
- Document technical processes and create project deliverables

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in accredited Bachelor's or Master's program OR recent graduate (within 12 months)
- Basic proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, JavaScript, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in collaborative team settings
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and development tools
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Portfolio or academic projects demonstrating technical aptitude
