Responsibilities
- Assist Development Teams: Support software engineers in the design, development, and testing of web and mobile applications.
- Code Review & Debugging: Review code for potential bugs, performance issues, and adherence to coding standards under supervision.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including API documentation and user manuals.
- Database Management: Assist in database queries, data analysis, and ensuring data integrity for internal systems.
- Project Coordination: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning meetings, and contribute to agile development processes.
- User Support: Troubleshoot technical issues reported by end-users and provide timely resolutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field (rising Junior or Senior preferred).
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or Python is a plus.
- Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.0 is required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment and work independently when required.
