This is a part-time, on-site opportunity designed to provide college credit while you work on real-world projects that impact millions of users. Responsibilities
- Development: Assist in the design, development, and testing of high-quality software applications using modern languages and frameworks.
- Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews to ensure code quality and team alignment.
- Documentation: Write clear, concise technical documentation and contribute to project wikis.
- Debugging: Troubleshoot and fix bugs reported by QA and users, ensuring a smooth user experience.
- Innovation: Brainstorm and propose creative solutions to complex technical challenges.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Associate's degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Availability: Must be available to work part-time (20-25 hours per week) for the duration of the summer program (June - August).
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
- Tools: Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and command-line interfaces.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
