Responsibilities
- Assist senior developers in designing, coding, and testing new software features and applications.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards.
- Debug and resolve software defects identified during the QA process or reported by end-users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers.
- Write clear, concise, and well-documented code and technical documentation.
- Contribute to the optimization of existing applications to improve speed and scalability.
- Attend daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings to track project progress.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 is required.
- Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++, JavaScript).
- Basic understanding of database concepts (SQL) and web technologies (HTML/CSS).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
