Responsibilities
- Collaborate: Work closely with senior engineers and product managers to design and implement software solutions.
- Develop: Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code in Python and JavaScript.
- Test: Participate in the software testing lifecycle, including unit testing and debugging.
- Review: Engage in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Document: Create technical documentation and update project wikis to aid team knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C++) and familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, React).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time (40 hours/week) for the duration of the summer (May - August).
