Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure during night shift hours
- Execute system updates and security protocols under guidance
- Troubleshoot technical issues using diagnostic tools and documentation

- Document operational procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Participate in rotational shadowing with senior engineers
- Support compliance audits and system health checks
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Familiarity with Linux/Windows command line interfaces
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
