Responsibilities
- Coordinate neighborhood revitalization events and volunteer recruitment drives
- Conduct field research on community needs and urban development opportunities
- Assist in grant writing and program impact assessment documentation
- Support social media campaigns highlighting local initiatives
- Collaborate with city officials and community stakeholders on projects
- Track program metrics and prepare progress reports for stakeholders
- Participate in weekly strategy sessions with leadership team
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in college/university program (all majors welcome)
- Strong interest in community development, urban planning, or social justice
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in collaborative team settings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data analysis tools
- Availability for 20-30 hours/week throughout summer term
