Responsibilities
- Develop and implement youth enrichment activities for Oakland summer programs
- Coordinate community outreach events and volunteer recruitment drives
- Assist in program administration including data tracking and reporting

- Support mentorship initiatives for underserved youth populations
- Conduct needs assessments for local community partners
- Create promotional materials for program events and activities
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled college student pursuing degree in Education, Social Work, or related field
- Availability for 20-30 hours/week throughout summer term (June-August)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with diverse youth populations preferred
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (local travel required)
