Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL and Python to identify trends and generate actionable insights
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau for client presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making processes
- Assist in developing predictive models for healthcare resource allocation
- Participate in daily stand-ups and contribute to agile development workflows
- Document methodologies and findings in comprehensive technical reports
- Mentor junior interns during project execution phases
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
- Proficient in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy) with academic or personal project experience
- Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders
- Authorized to work in the United States for the full internship duration
- Availability for 40 hours/week from June 1st to August 15th, 2023
