Responsibilities
- Assist the data team in collecting, cleaning, and organizing large datasets.
- Support the creation of weekly and monthly performance reports using Excel and BI tools.
- Conduct preliminary market research to identify industry trends.
- Learn and apply basic SQL queries to extract relevant information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data accuracy.
- Attend regular training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on company goals.
- Document processes and provide feedback on system improvements.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program in IT, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- No prior professional experience required—we value potential and attitude over skill.
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- A proactive approach to learning new technologies and software.
- Ability to commute to our Charlotte office (or work hybrid if applicable).
