Responsibilities
- Assist the data team in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets to support business objectives.
- Support the creation of monthly performance reports and interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product) to identify key trends and insights.
- Maintain and update data documentation, schemas, and standard operating procedures.
- Participate in weekly team meetings, code reviews, and technical training sessions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting platforms.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (rising Junior or Senior status preferred).
- Strong foundation in SQL and proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables).
- Experience with Python or R is a distinct advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts simply.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
- Demonstrated interest in the tech industry and data-driven decision-making.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
