Responsibilities
- Assist in daily warehouse operations including receiving, sorting, and staging inventory.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners.
- Coordinate with dispatch and driver teams to resolve delivery issues and optimize routes.
- Maintain accurate digital records, logs, and reports using our ERP systems.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment for all staff members.
- Support the team in preparing documentation for customs and compliance checks.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate or Bachelor’s degree program (Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field).
- High school diploma or GED accepted for Summer 2024 start positions.
- Available to work full-time hours during the Summer or Fall semester (20-30 hours/week).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.
