Responsibilities
- Assist the night operations team with sorting, packing, and loading shipments.
- Monitor inventory systems and update stock levels accurately.
- Ensure all safety protocols and workplace hygiene standards are met during the shift.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve daily operational issues.
- Perform quality checks on outgoing packages to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle basic data entry and reporting tasks using warehouse management software.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in high school, college, or a technical program (Summer 2024).
- Must be available to work Night Shift schedules (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift light to medium objects for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the El Paso location.
