Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior engineers to design, develop, and test high-quality software solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews to ensure project milestones are met.
- Debug and troubleshoot existing codebases to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Assist in the documentation of software architecture and API endpoints.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to team leads.
- Engage in cross-functional projects with product and design teams to enhance user experience.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Familiarity with at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++, JavaScript).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be available to work part-time (20-25 hours/week) during the Summer/Fall semester.
- Unwavering enthusiasm for learning new technologies and adapting to fast-paced environments.
