Responsibilities
- Assist in the Design and Development: Support the engineering team in building, testing, and deploying high-quality software solutions.
- Collaborative Problem Solving: Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions to align on project goals and technical requirements.
- Code Review and Optimization: Review code written by senior developers, identify potential bugs, and suggest improvements for efficiency and scalability.
- Technical Documentation: Create and maintain clear documentation for APIs, processes, and user guides.
- User Testing and Feedback: Assist in gathering user feedback and conducting quality assurance testing to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Team Building: Engage in social events and professional development workshops organized by the HR team.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and at least one backend language (Python, Java, or C#).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Availability: Must be available to start between May/June and December 2024.
- Tools: Basic understanding of version control systems like Git.
