Responsibilities
- Project Support: Assist senior analysts and developers in executing daily project tasks and research initiatives.
- Data Analysis: Collect, organize, and analyze data to help identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Documentation: Create and maintain clear, concise documentation for processes and technical specifications.
- Client Communication: Participate in client meetings and draft correspondence to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve team efficiency.
- Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis to help shape our strategic direction.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (Bachelor's degree) or recent graduate (0-2 years experience).
- Major: Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic understanding of data visualization tools.
- Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Availability: Able to commit to a 12-15 week internship program for Summer or Fall start.
