Responsibilities
- Support weekend IT operations including system monitoring and troubleshooting
- Assist with hardware/software installations and maintenance
- Document technical procedures and update knowledge bases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on weekend deployments

- Provide remote technical support to internal stakeholders
- Test and deploy software updates during weekend maintenance windows

Qualifications
