Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze real-time data streams during night operations to ensure system accuracy.
- Assist senior analysts in the preparation and validation of nightly reports.
- Perform routine hardware and software diagnostics to maintain optimal performance.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to document findings and update operational logs.
- Respond to internal support tickets and resolve basic technical issues efficiently.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on data entry and system outputs.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to strict security protocols.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or High School Diploma program (Summer/Fall 2024 start).
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors in data.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to commit to a consistent night shift schedule (e.g., 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
