Responsibilities
- Assist senior engineers and developers in designing, coding, and testing software solutions.
- Participate in agile development meetings, sprint planning, and code reviews.
- Debug and troubleshoot existing codebases to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Create technical documentation and maintain project records.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and industry best practices to propose innovative improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA specialists.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong foundational knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with databases (SQL) and version control systems (Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be available to start in Summer or Fall 2024.
