Responsibilities
- Support Operations: Assist the weekend operations team with daily logistics, workflow management, and administrative tasks.
- Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional service to clients and visitors, ensuring a positive experience at our facility.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory audits, and ensure accurate product placement.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain data in internal databases and reporting systems.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline weekend procedures and suggest improvements to management.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend coverage and goal achievement.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Summer/Fall 2024 intake).
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) for the duration of the internship.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professionalism.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Location: Must reside in Kansas City, MO or surrounding areas.
