Responsibilities
- Assist the project management team in organizing and tracking daily tasks and deadlines.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and format reports, presentations, and correspondence for senior leadership.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and database.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Attend team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (rising Junior or Senior preferred).
- Must be available to start between May and September (Summer/Fall).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of data entry and database management.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies.
