Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and updating internal databases and records during weekend shifts.
- Monitor system performance and report technical issues to the IT team.
- Support the coordination of weekend team meetings and events.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
- Prepare reports and summaries for the management team.
- Ensure the physical workspace is organized and ready for the upcoming workweek.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Freshman to Senior year).
- Available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
