Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the development team to support software testing and quality assurance processes.
- Prepare and present weekly project updates to the management team.
- Support digital marketing campaigns by creating engaging content for social media platforms.
- Manage and update company databases and CRM systems with accuracy.
- Participate in client meetings to gather requirements and provide administrative support.
- Analyze website traffic and user behavior to suggest optimization strategies.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Must be available to start in Summer or Fall 2024.
